This letter is in reference to a service call I made to your company and wanted you to know how thankful we are that there are still wonderful service technicians out there and your company should be proud to have someone like him. His name is ROBERT. He is the finest and most professional service technician we have ever seen.
He is professional and knowledgeable and fast when it comes to take care of a problem. He came in assessd and found the problem, fixed it and in addition he cared to fix a problem he saw that initially drain was done wrong when the unit was installed. Below story is real crazy.
For instance; when the unit was installed the installers never cared to check where is water/drain going? (Robert) took the time, cared and saw drain pipe was not done correctly inside and outside because twice the house was flooded. Now we found out that the outside drain was not done or checked ata ll and we (him & I) found the pipe under ground by blowing out the line. No wonder we had so many problems and floods from the a/c because it backed up.
Robert deserves to be acknowledged for the fine work he has done for us. I know people write nasty letters but nobody takes the time to acknowledge the few good people out there.
